I can’t stop looking at this massive compound in Flourtown
Seriously, look at this place. It’s got so many wings and additions it basically looks like a tiny private village.

Pulling up
You drive up to these heavy iron gates. It feels like you’re entering some secret estate.

Once you’re inside, you get a full view of the compound. The original house was built with stone in 1937, and the wings were added on later.

There is even a three-car garage tucked away on the side, matching the white siding of the newer wings.

The main living spaces
Walk through the front door and you’re in the traditional center hall. To the right is the formal living room, which has a fireplace with green marble.

Across the hall is the dining room. It has classic trim and a massive bay window looking out front.

Tucked nearby is this wood-paneled study. The slate floors and brick fireplace make it look like a great spot to hide away.

Then there’s this sitting room painted in a soft blue. The white paneling keeps it feeling light.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen has terracotta tile floors and granite counters. It’s spacious, with a double oven built right into the cabinetry.

Right next to the work area, there’s a cozy breakfast nook and an island with stools.

The two-story wing
This part of the house is wild. You walk into a huge sitting room with vaulted ceilings and skylights.

The French doors lead straight out to the patio. It’s a nice change of pace from the cozy rooms from the original house.

That wing also has its own fully equipped second living space, complete with another kitchen and dining area. It’s basically a whole second house.

Endless entertainment
If you love hosting, this place is ridiculous. First up is the game room, painted a deep green with space for a pool table.

In the corner of the game room, there is a built-in bar. It has a sink and its own TV.

Downstairs, you’ll find a wine room with exposed stone walls and a barrel table for tastings.

There is also a second bar area with a red countertop. It’s like having a private pub in your basement.

Next door is a huge home gym area. It has a fireplace and plenty of room for yoga mats.

And yes, there is an actual home theater with tiered recliners.

Bedrooms and baths
The primary bedroom is massive. It easily fits a four-poster bed and has built-in shelving.

From the other side, you can see the hallway leading to the closet space and the bathroom.

The primary bath has a glass corner shower and clean marble floors.

Here is one of the other bathrooms, featuring a dark wood vanity and nice marble tile.

The other bedrooms are just as roomy. This green one has its own four-poster bed.

This blue room is currently set up with bunk beds, perfect for kids.

Another bedroom has blue walls and wood-trimmed windows.

Upstairs also has a quiet home office space with built-in storage.

The outdoor setup
Step outside and you’ve got a covered patio with a green awning. It’s a great spot to sit when it’s raining.

Just off the main house, there’s a stone terrace with a hot tub.

There is also a deck on the upper level that gives you a great view of the yard.

The backyard centers around this in-ground pool, which is fully fenced in.

Right next to the pool sits a separate pool house built in 2016.

Inside the pool house, there is a wet bar, a small living area, and a full bathroom. You wouldn’t even have to go inside the main house all day.

Zooming out, you can see how much land you actually get here. The 2.2 acres are surrounded by mature trees.
