Kylie Jenner spent 12 million on Hidden Hills and the wall behind her bar is something else
So I was watching a breakdown of Kylie Jenner's real estate portfolio over the years, and the decor choices get weirder the richer she gets. From her starter home in Calabasas to a massive 36.5 million dollar compound in Holmby Hills, her spaces are full of surprises. Some of these rooms are surprisingly low-key, but the rest are pure chaos.
The Calabasas starter home
Back in 2015, she picked up this Tuscan-style house in Calabasas for 2.6 million dollars when she was only seventeen.

Out back, there is a covered dining patio and a pool that feels surprisingly sensible compared to what came later.

The main living room kept things pretty quiet with a stone fireplace and neutral furniture.

The Hidden Hills mini-mansions
By 2016, she moved on to Hidden Hills and started picking up neighboring lots and Cape Cod houses.

This backyard pool came with little arched fountain jets shooting across the water.

She even bought the house next door for 4.5 million just to use as office space.

The inside opened right up to the patio with a curved gray couch and a clean horizontal fireplace.

The famous pink mansion
Then came the big one, a 12 million dollar mansion in Hidden Hills covering 13,200 square feet.

She brought in designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to completely redo the rooms, including this velvet theater.

This formal living room feels almost traditional, right down to the black grand piano by the window.

She also put in this moody lounge with black lacquer, heavy curtains, and a tufted daybed.

The curved staircase area acts like its own gallery, complete with oversized contemporary art on the wall.

Her bathroom has a freestanding tub, pink checkered flooring, and shelves stacked with pink Louboutin towels.

The hammock, bar, and bag vault
The master bedroom stays relatively relaxed, with glass doors that look right out at the backyard.

This is easily the wildest choice in the house. She hung a leather hammock directly in front of the fireplace.

Down in the game room, the bar has a Saint Laurent surfboard and framed boxes of Trojan condoms.

Next to the bar sits a retro-style pool table under glowing neon light.

And then there is the purse room. It is walled in mirrors and holds hundreds of designer bags.

The modern Beverly Hills pad
In 2018, she and Travis Scott bought this Beverly Hills property for 13.5 million dollars.

It has a much more modern look, with concrete stepped levels leading down to the pool.

The long driveway is completely hidden away behind tall retaining walls and lush green plants.

Inside, the living room leans into warm neutrals, featuring curved cream couches and full pocket glass doors.

The Holmby Hills fortress
Before jumping into her biggest buy, she spent time at this Palm Springs getaway with yellow striped umbrellas.

In 2020, she dropped 36.5 million on this massive single-story compound in Holmby Hills.

The whole compound wraps around this giant central courtyard pool with a palm tree in the center.

Inside the entertaining wing, a chevron fireplace and sunken bar open directly to the water.

Between the indoor hammock and the bar covered in framed condom boxes, she definitely committed to her own taste. Would you ever go this bold with custom pink furniture, or is it way too much?
