This canal house in Delaware is under $151k and I’m kind of obsessed with the retro paneling

Waterfront property usually costs a ridiculous amount of money, but this quirky place in Millsboro is sitting at $150,350. Sure, it is a mobile home from 1958, but look at where it sits.

Pulling up to the place

Then there is the third bedroom, which goes all-in on the coastal theme with blue blankets.

But the best part has to be these headboards shaped like little beach huts. That is some serious dedication to the theme.

The laundry and second bath

Even the utility spaces got the theme treatment. The laundry room features dolphin trim and cabinets.

And the second bathroom carries the dolphin theme even further with matching wall decals and porthole mirrors. It is wonderfully campy.

Life on the water

But let’s be honest, you’re buying this place for the deck. It is huge and sits right over the brick walkway.

You can sit out here with a cold drink and look straight down the canal.

There is a brick path running right along the water’s edge, perfect for fishing or just taking a morning stroll.

And if you have a boat, you’re just a short ride away from the open bay. Not bad for a cheap getaway.
