This Florida house has a retired military helicopter in the garage
If you thought you had seen every possible flex in luxury real estate, think again. This ten-bedroom place in Kissimmee, Florida, was designed by combat rescue officers and fighter pilots, and it shows.

The main living space
The first floor is built for massive groups, starting with a giant open living area that looks straight out to the pool deck.

You can easily keep an eye on everyone swimming while lounging on the giant sectional.

Let’s talk about the kitchen
Right behind the living room is a kitchen with enough counter space to prep meals for a small army.

There is a massive circular island with seating for eight people, which is probably where everyone will end up hanging out anyway.

Then you have a separate dining room with a long table that seats twelve comfortably.

Upstairs to the aviation lounge
Head up the stairs and you will find hallways lined with aviation photography and pilot gear.

There is even a giant wall painted to look like a vintage aircraft blueprint.

The upstairs loft is styled like an officers’ club, complete with a full bar and a seating area.

The table in the middle is actually made from a real airplane wing with a glass top.

The home theater
Just off the lounge, you can catch a movie in the private theater room, which has tiered leather couches and plenty of blankets.

The hangar simulator room
This is where the house goes completely wild. There is a full-scale retired military helicopter parked right inside the house.

Next to the steps, you will see an authentic pilot flight suit displayed in a glass case.

Inside the cockpit, they built a custom flight simulator setup under a ceiling painted like a galaxy.

Right next to the chopper is a vintage Jaguar equipped with a high-end racing simulator.

Themed kids bedrooms
Even the kids’ rooms get the flight treatment. One of the bunk rooms features beds built right into a camouflage helicopter fuselage.

Another kids’ suite has a hot air balloon basket bed on one side and a vintage biplane on the other.

The adult suites
The adults get some pretty cool setups too, like this space-themed bedroom with colorful astronaut murals.

If you prefer something a bit quieter, this king suite features warm wood paneling behind the headboard.

Another suite has three glass globe lanterns hanging over a tufted king bed.

There is also a room with rich blue walls and bright green velvet drapes for a splash of color.

The backyard situation
Outside, the covered patio has its own pool table and a built-in outdoor kitchen.

There is a great lounge setup under the fans where you can escape the Florida heat.

The private pool has a built-in spa and direct views of the surrounding golf course.

It is the perfect spot to sit back and watch the sunset after a long day of flying simulators.
