This Miami condo has a pink conversation pit and we need to talk about it
If you’re tired of seeing the exact same gray-and-white minimalist boxes all over your real estate feeds, I have some great news. This place in Miami is a wild trip back to a time when people weren’t afraid of color or mirrors.
First impressions
From the outside, the property looks like a standard high-rise building right on the water.

You pull up to a covered driveway that sets the stage for a classic retro luxury vibe.

The lobby has giant crystal light fixtures and high ceilings, making it feel like a fancy hotel lobby.

Once you head up to the unit, you walk down a very long hallway with patterned carpets.

The entry and main space
When you open the front door, you’re greeted by a wall of floor-to-ceiling mirrors.

Turn the corner, and the main living room opens up. There is a massive rug with lots of color and a wall of built-in cabinets.

The dining table sits right next to giant sliding doors, giving you a view of the water while you eat.

The built-in display cabinets behind the main seating area run almost the entire length of the wall.

Here’s another angle of the living room showing just how much space you have to work with.

The pink conversation pit
Okay, this is the main event. Tucked right off the dining area is a circular room that is entirely pink.

It is a literal conversation pit with a curved couch that is bright pink, pink carpet, and a mirrored ceiling.

There’s even a crystal chandelier hanging right in the middle of the room.

The kitchen situation
The kitchen features pinkish-beige cabinets and dark countertops, plus a stacked washer and dryer unit.

Across from the sink, there are double ovens and matching panels on the refrigerator.

At the end of the kitchen, there’s space for a breakfast table right by the balcony door.

The green dream bedroom
If you thought the pink room was wild, wait until you see the primary bedroom. It is completely green, head to toe.

The room is big enough for a seating area with a patterned sofa and green carpet.

The bed sits on a raised platform surrounded by curtains and has a draped fabric ceiling.

The bathroom attached to this bedroom has green butterfly wallpaper covering every surface, including the ceiling.

The vanity area continues the butterfly theme and has plenty of mirror space.

More wallpaper adventures
The second bedroom is currently styled as a den with a built-in Murphy bed system.

The second bathroom features a bold plaid pattern on the walls and ceiling.

And there is yet another bathroom covered in a vibrant floral pattern.

The balcony and amenities
Outside, the tiled balcony wraps around the unit and offers plenty of space to sit.

You can set up lounge chairs out here to enjoy the warm Florida weather.

Down below, the pool area sits right on the edge of the water.

The complex also features tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground area.
