YouTuber Togi, 24, went from a frat house storage closet to a $5million mansion – and turned the living room into a commercial gym
Togi is a 24-year-old YouTuber who was living in a frat basement storage closet two and a half years ago. Now he's got a $5 million house, and he's done almost nothing with it the way you'd expect.
Where he started
Home, two and a half years ago: a storage closet in a frat basement. He was about $50,000 in debt when he started posting videos.

Eggs on a frat stove. Hold onto this one for the kitchen later.

Three broken windows. Cardboard.

His old Subaru, a.k.a. the Togert mobile. Receipts all the way down.

The driveway
Somewhere between that Subaru and this, he was making around $200,000 a month and fighting an addiction. He's open about it in the video, and a lot of the comments are about that part, not the house.

It's a Mercedes-Maybach Haute Voiture. About $400,000, and one of 100 in the world.

The back cabin has its own oxygen filtration. I didn't know that was something you could want.

White leather steering wheel. I'd be scared to touch it after leg day.

Not his. His assistant Liam won this AMG GT R on a PSG bet, which is a sentence I've now read four times.

That white Audi A4 was the first car he bought with YouTube money. Staff drive it now.

The garage
Hexagon lights, like every gym on Instagram.

A red light therapy bed parked next to a Rolls. The Botez sisters talked him into it and he calls it human photosynthesis.

The Rolls Royce Ghost was the dream car. He put giant chrome monoblock wheels on it, Rick Ross style.

His favorite thing in the garage is this little electric bike he bought off an Instagram shop on a whim. Not the Rolls. The bike.

Second garage. He says the Ferrari F8 is the only supercar he actually drives regularly.

SteveWillDoIt gave him a Lamborghini. Gave.

The courtyard, and the shutters
About $20,000 for the pond.

And $30,000 for the fish. Fish.

Then there's this. He spent $300,000 on motorized blast and hurricane shields that close off the whole back of the house from his phone.

Up they go again. I have no idea what he's expecting, but he's ready for it.

The kitchen
He mentions the cleaner came by recently. The sink disagrees.

Gaming chair at the kitchen table, under crystal chandeliers. Good.

A built-in ice machine, which he rates as a massive upgrade on dorm life. Fair enough.

Wrought iron gate on the pantry. It's nearly the size of his old frat room.

Hundreds of CBum energy drinks. He jokes that they turned down his sponsorship pitch, so now he just buys them.

There's no living room
That's above the fireplace. I kind of love it.

The formal dining room didn't survive either. Squat racks now.

He's on the Stairmaster every day. He weighed in at 216 pounds while filming this.

The bedroom
A $5 million house, and he sleeps on a mattress on the floor. Next to a curl machine. One commenter summed it up: "Million dollar house. Thousand dollar master bedroom."

The one thing on the wall.

Here's where the bedroom budget went. Nearly every pair of Yeezys, apparently.

Freddie Freeman signed that Dodgers helmet.

Outside
Since the living room became a gym, the living room moved out here.

He calls the water slide the biggest flex of his life. Out of everything here, I'm with him.

His name in the key, obviously.

There's a team bench. Under a tent.

Most of the comments barely mention the house, they're about the Bible study and the prayer he ends the video with. After the frat closet, it's hard not to root for a guy whose proudest purchase is a slide.
