This 1906 Georgia farmhouse is practically a time capsule for under 250k

I found this wild 1906 Victorian farmhouse in Warrenton, Georgia, and I can’t stop staring at it. For $234,000, you are getting over 4,000 square feet of untouched history that needs some real love, but the bones are just incredible.

On the street

From the curb, it has that classic southern look. It is grand, but it isn’t trying too hard.

The doors have these massive oval glass inserts with lace curtains. It feels like you are about to walk into another century.

The front porch

You get a massive wrap-around porch. The columns are heavy, and you can tell it has seen decades of humid Georgia summers.

First impressions
