I was scrolling through Tennessee listings and found this 120-acre property in Franklin. It costs a casual $30 million, but honestly, looking at the photos, the scale of this place is wild.
The driveway situation
The entrance sets a serious tone before you even lay eyes on the actual house.
You drive down this long road lined with lavender and perfectly shaped evergreens.
Then you cross over a rustic covered bridge that looks like it belongs in a postcard.
The main house
The main house is built from heavy stone, giving it a very solid and grounded look.
Up close, you get a better look at the stone masonry on the front porch and the heavy wooden columns.
