This $5M Alaska estate has its own indoor street and a pirate ship

They went all out with the woodwork, starting right at the driveway sign.

The main hangout spaces

Walking through the front door, you immediately notice the timber and custom ceilings.

The main living space feels like a high-end lodge, complete with log pillars and sofas.

There is a massive fish tank built right into the stone wall of the living room.

They also tucked a foosball table right in the middle of the room, because why not.

Everything is wide open, so you can see right up to the second-level loft from the main floor.

The scale of the furniture in here is hilarious—the main sofa could probably seat an entire hockey team.

Let’s talk about the kitchen

Before we get to the actual cooking space, check out the dining table situation right next to the windows.

The kitchen is basically a playground for a private chef, featuring a granite island with bar seating.

They used this crazy patterned tile that looks like natural stone slabs under the island.

Even the stainless steel fridge gets its own custom wooden archway.

The private spa wing

Yes, there is a literal candy shop

Tucked away in the basement is a fake indoor street that looks like old-school London.

Behind one of those storefronts is a fully operational candy shop stocked with glass jars.

Right next to the candy shop is a private theater with curved wooden tiers and leather recliners.

They even put a wood-fired pizza oven in the wall to keep the snacks flowing during movie night.

Peter Pan’s top floor

To get to the top floor, you walk through these glass doors with a painted mural of London at night.

And then you walk directly onto a 2,000-square-foot replica of Neverland, complete with a pirate ship.

The ship actually has built-in beds inside the captain’s quarters, featuring round porthole windows looking at the bay.

If you don’t feel like taking the stairs down from the play deck, you can just use the slide.

On the other side of the room is an artificial treehouse built right into the structure.

The floor inside the play area is covered in soft artificial turf to make it feel like an outdoor forest.

Inside the treehouse, there is a cozy bunk bed labeled for Wendy.

Even the guest bedrooms on this floor keep the theme alive, like this one with a custom rocking horse.

There is also this massive bunk room that looks like a high-end cabin cruiser.

The actual bedrooms

When you want to escape the theme park vibes, the main bedrooms are surprisingly elegant.

The master bath features a circular tub on a granite platform.

This guest room has walls covered in textured cork bark and a window framing the green lawn.

Another bedroom features deep blue walls and an incredibly ornate wooden bed frame.

There is also a private office space with a heavy executive desk and a decorative tin ceiling.

Every bathroom has its own personality, like this one with a freestanding tub against a dark slate wall.

This bathroom features a vintage wooden vanity and a clawfoot tub tucked under the eaves.

This bedroom has rustic wood paneling on the lower half of the walls to keep things cozy.

Outside on the water

The outdoor covered patio has a huge stone fireplace so you can sit outside even when it is chilly.

There is a massive curved deck that wraps around the entire back of the house.
